Surprisingly enough, this basement is akin to a small mall with several stores, including a chocolate shop, florist, carpenter, and many others, providing many amenities for the building’s residents to enjoy without ever having to venture elsewhere. The basement level also features some historically significant attractions, such as Nixon’s bowling alley and Dwight Eisenhower’s broadcast room.
